6. Limitation of Liability

  • AdTaxify strives to provide Services with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free Services.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Website downtime or technical interruptions beyond our control

    • Loss of data due to third-party hosting issues

    • Financial losses, indirect damages, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use our Services

    • Reliance on third-party tools, APIs, or platforms used as part of digital marketing campaigns

  • Our liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.

  • All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software available on Adtaxify are the sole property of AdTaxify unless otherwise stated.

  • Trademarks, service marks, and brand elements displayed on our Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • All deliverables created for Clients (logos, designs, websites, etc.) remain the intellectual property of AdTaxify until full payment has been received.

8. Termination Clause

    • Payments remain outstanding beyond the due date

    • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected

  • Clients may also terminate Services by providing written notice. Any fees due up to the termination date must be paid in full.

9. Governing Law
